Justin Beslity is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the USDA Southeast Climate Hub. He received his B.S. degree in environmental science from Trinity College and a Ph.D. in coupled natural and human resources from the State University of New York – College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Justin’s research focuses on hydrologic modeling, watershed ecology, and the development of low-cost environmental sensors. He has published in Tree Physiology, Hydrologic Processes, and HardwareX. While working with the USDA Southeast Climate Hub, Justin will synthesize and disseminate climate-smart forestry practices to forestry professionals across the region.
